Our team’s boringly out of the race

Since All-star game, they’ve been off the pace

 

Football excitement coming soon

Weekends busy all thru an afternoon

 

Tired of wet and summer’s evergreen

Color our fall memories we have seen

 

Coolness and hopeful dry

With beautiful and clear sky
